Terms & Conditions

  • Eligible for East African Residents only (Burundi, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, DRC, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania and Zanzibar). A valid ID is necessary.
  • Rooms and Suites subject to availability. 
  • Bookable between now and 31 December 2026.
  • For stay dates between now and 31 December 2026.
  • Advance booking is necessary.
  • Activities are as defined by the Resort and subject to change without notice. 
  • 25% deposit of total room charges is required at time of booking.
  • Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival. 
  • Bookings cancelled 60 – 31 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total room charges.
  • Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total room charges.
